Please advice me regarding writ petition .
I have filed a writ petition in Bombay high court against the judgement of Jr. division court of allowing amendment in suit .under CPC Rule 17 .the writ petition is dismissed by high court .as this was happened due to my advocate not presented the case properly (he was managed by opposite party) .is it possible to file again new writ petition by giving the case to exepert advocate.please advice me urgently.
