I just want to know the actual rule of adoption. My uncle has adopted her daughters son for keeping the property of my grandfather as he does not have any son. The adopted does not follow the name of my uncle and using his original fathers name after his. I also dont know that they have done the legel documentation work for adoption or not. The question is if he is legely adopted then also if he is not folloing my uncles name after his name and using his real fathers name then is he is legely called my uncles son or not and is he he legely take share in my uncles property or not.
