If any Advocate is given empowerment to proceed against any civil issues like Intellectual Property Case/ SSI Benefit case/ SD and EMD return case by any company or individual and if he loses the 1st bench in District Court as because of his intentional malafied interest of supporting the opponents by non producing right evidence in-front of the court....What action can be taken legally against him and how???
If by asking he does not submit the detail of case file of 1st hearing to the Client as because on examination of this by the Client he would be caught in hand of intentional non production of correct evidence at the court..What action can be taken against him legally and How???
