About the road

Next to my land there a unauthorised layout planned around 20 years back . Physically there is 30" road is there but that is unfortunately not registered on the lical panchyati office. The layout owner died and his legal hier or wife is there and I am requesting them to come and register the same on panchayat's name but they are just giving excuses. Do I have a legal right to get that road so that I will get my necessary approval from the local body

yes if the road is being used for such a long time you will be having easmentary rights to use the road and that is enforceable

Yes, you can claim easement rights if the access has been in uninterrupted use for more than 20 years.
