Husband was only guarantor of the loan of wife for purchasing a flat. Both spouse are working, in school service in W.B.One year gone. Husband wanted to withdraw his guarantee, as relation deteriorated, though staying in a same house.. Submitted a prayer to bank 2 months ago. How can husband get released from guarantorship of the loan of his estranged wife? Please advice him the tricks and processes.
