My company didnot pay salaries to its employees for few months. Now one of them has filed a winding up petition in Kolkata HC and court ordered to publish the advt in newspapers asking the other creditors to join in the winding up petition which will be heard on 12th Jan 2015. I have filed one recovery suit in Delhi . Should I also join the winding up petition in Kolkata HC. I am attaching the news paper advt for reference.
