respected sir/mada,
i am warking as associate professor in one of private engineering college affiliated to JNTU hyderabd,
i have given 9 years of service to my institute very sincerly, and i ratified as assistant professor from JNTU as a regular faculty,
now my principal against me and blaming me with certain activities where there is no evidence, and he stoped my upgade of pay from 5th pay to 6th pay, he is not allowing me to participate in conferences which are usefull for my PhD.
he wantedly torgetting me to leave the job, in this regard what should i do.
