Sir i am working as a loco pilot in SWR for last 11years . now got selected for Junior engineer post in same Zone and division of S W R. i have applied through proper channel by taking NOCs but my technical resignation not accepting and relieving . already my training has started , so pls tell me the rules regarding NOC and Technical resignation . thank you sir ..................Venugopalan KP
