Surety bond to avoid court case

My client had made accident. He had done all expenditure and given one time settlement amount to the accident person. Now he want surety that in future that person should not make any claim against him. There for he want surety bond from that person.

Question- Whether such kind of surity bond can be used in court as evidence to avoid future liability?

No body can guess what may happen in future.

2) Is ther is any other way to avoid one more court case?

Thanks in advance.

Take full and final satisfaction of claim receipt from him. and also take undertaking that he will not  file any case for further claim and get it notraized.

Yes. A settlement agreement can be reduced in writing that all the amounts paid by party A to Party B on account of the accident happened (give details of the accident) and B has no claim against A and B is barred to file either civil or criminal case against A. Both A and B sign in the prsence of two witnesses favourable to A and get it notarized. In the event, B files either civil or criminal case, this settlement helps A from the ill consequences of court case.
