Hi MHADA has transferred the house in my name following death of my mother who was the previous owner of the house. I have now registered a Sale Agreement as I decided to sell my house. But Society refused to give NOC for bank loan in new buyer name. Although I submitted the Ownership letter from MHADA in my name, Society is asking for Succession Letter, which I don�t have it.
