We own a pagadi properity in dadar for 2 generations now no body is living in the apartment for the last 2 years.
we still pay the rent is still Land lord, the reciepts are in our grand mothers name we want to sell this house, the borker says that we will have to Get a NOC form all living family menbers. I sopke to the land lord but he says that only NOC is required from the people living in the flat or the peoples whos name is in the ration card.
We are confused, please clarify
