Offer money to employer for shortfall in notice period

Dear Experts,

It is mentioned in my appointment letter that my employer has right to reject my monetary offer in lieu of shortfal in Notice Period due to termination of employment by my side.

I have resigned and my employer has clearly stated that they will not accpet compensation stating above clause.

Now, what options do I have?

Kindly advise.

You have not provided the details.

What is this establishment; Commercial, Industrial?

Did you submit notice of resignation or resignation with immediate effect?

What is the notice period applicable in your case?

You were issued FTC, Contract, offer letter or appointment letter?

What was your designation and nature of duties?

You were in which state?

You have worked for how long?

Does the contract state that employee can also reject notice pay in lieu of notice period if employer has initiated termination?

Have you communicated under proper acknowledgment that NO tasks are pending at your end and to whom, you should handover the charge?

Have you offered notice pay in lieu of notice period in writing?

Has employer declined to accept notice pay in lieu of notice period in writing?
