Don't resign with immediate effect.

If you have submitted resignation with immediate effect withdraw it in writing and cite that it was demanded. against your wished and your earned wages have not been paid on due date.

If at all you decide to resign tender notice of resignation as per T&C in appointment letter issued to you, under proper acknowledgment.

Let him accept resignation before expiry of notice period.

Take help of employee's unions, trade unions, and approach elders in the family, your lawyer, o/o Labor Commissioner.

Your lawyer may opine that demanding resignation is offence and can be termed 'Deemed Termination'.
