I am planning to sell a commercial property which has my minor daughters name..I have applied to the court for the decree to sell and soon I will be granted this Decree..But my questions is that how much % of the property value do I need to pay as court fees..The SDM has done a valuation of the property and its around 1 CR..
As I have not yet sold the property..will the judge give us some time or leway?
