How to fight against fraud employer?

My friend is working in IT Company. he found that company management made a policy and circulate to all employees to bound which is only favor of Employer. they made CTC and Changes as their commitment. they make new rules or amend every rules and compulsory to every employee. even they torches to employee as legal ways if anyone goes against company management then management direct terminate to that employee. also company not providing any employee benefits like PF, ESI / Insurance, Appraisals etc. every time they blame employees if any problem occurred and take credits themselves if any profit makes. also they cheated their clients also, they give bribes to clients employee also to manage all their cheating activity for client for making money.. also they open an training institute to attract fresher students with job offer and collecting big volume of money but not giving any kind of proper training as per specific standard, they are just making money by cheating with freshers. They are not legally or authorized training partner of any specific software. no one goes against company because everyone is bonded against personal, financial crisis. HR also support them for legally paper work, only paper works are as per standard but if we see in actual its completely difference. Every one afraid for their career so no one is complaining against then because they say we will not give correct information if any verification calls come from other company. kindly suggest how to stop this basturd things. also  want to make a legal fear to such kind of all employers. then next time they will think first then act.

You are in which state? The company's HO/Redg. office/coprorate office is in which state?

The authorities are:

-Police,

- O/o Labor Commissioner, O/o Inspector/ Chief Inspector under Shops and Establishments act of the state where employees are located, Inpsector under Payment of Wages Act,

Their contact details should be available at Dept. of Labor website of the states where employees are located and can also be obtained from O/o Labor Commissioner,

-RPFC in local o/o PF commissioner

www.epfindia.gov.in

-Local ESIC office

Trade unions/union leaders’ can also be approached.

The trade union leaders have been trying to organize the IT workers.

All employee can join hands and approach a competent and experienced labor consultant/service lawyer. The lawyer would know how to handle the BOND even if it is James Bond, threats, change in service conditions etc…………..

Search for LCI lawyers can be conducted at:

https://www.lawyersclubindia.com/lawyers_search/#.UYTZSqKAqWM

The employee should always consult elders in the family, competent and experienced well wishers, lawyer/law firm before signing on dotted line...............

CITU has also launched the West Bengal Information Technology Services Association (WBITSA)..........................."A union for IT workers is the urgent need of the hour. I would call the IT professionals 'the labourers of the information age.' They toil long hours; they work at night; and some of them still get meager salaries. So a labour union for them would help fight for their rights," CITU president M K Pandhe told

"Yes, there is an urgent need for a labour law exclusively for the IT industry. It is the one sector that is booming across India, and we need to frame a legislation for IT workers. We are going to take up the issue with the Manmohan Singh [ Images ] government soon," said Community Party of India national secretary D Raja.

"IT industry professionals in India are 'cyber coolies.' We are trying to organise them and convince them on the need to form a union to fight for their rights and jobs protection," said Narayan Ram Hegde, who works for the Union of Network International in India.
