Hi Expert,

I was facing  personal issue.I have asked   employer to waiver off notice during my resignation submitted whereas in reply back from employer they have accepted my resignation  & on waiver off Nd they have told me that decision still on process & they will get back to me  and i was asked to handover & similarly my resignation is accepted stating they will revert on waiver off within threedays

As it was not mentioned anywhere by employer  to serve notice i assume they will waiver off my notice & gave handover.After two month during F&F settlement i got to know about that my notice was not waived off & since i got to know about it after two month & i have mail them again that  i would like to serve notice as i have never mentioned anywhere that i wont  serve notice.i just requested manegement as i was facing from personal problems

Can i sue case against  my line manager as he has not conveyed on time regarding y notice period.
