I am working as an IT Engineer for an organization from 1st April 2013- present date. At the time of joining i signed 2 years bond worth rupees 1 Lakh which is ending on 31st March 2015.
From past 6 months at my current company i have no projects and i am sitting idle doing nothing, which i feel will spoil my career. I decided to move on and put down my resignation, however company is asking me to pay full bond amount which is 1 Lakh rupees along with one training fee which is 25,000
I have no issues paying for training since last month only i received this training but for the remaining 4 months only they are asking for 1 Lakh.
Any leads would be appreciated, as i dont want to spoil my career just sitting idle. I have also communicated the same with my manager that i have no projects, he said if we are not bothered about that, why you are bothered and i have recording for the same.
Anyone please help me, as i dont want to pay 1 Lakh rupees just for 4 months.
