Hi all,

I would like to know whether I will be able to contest election with below detail:

1. i have 3 kids 2 daughter and 1 son all of them hv born after 2001

2. But v had planned this 3rd kid with a view of giving it to our sister in law, as she has some medical problem and he will never conceive.

3. and as soon as he born , we made adoption deed and gave our 3rd kid to our sister in law.

So logically now i am a father of 2 kids only.

So please advice whether i will be able to contest bmc election?
