I like to know that i got divorce approved by court of canada.
Will that judgement will be accepted by indian court or law ?
She never been to canada and i got my divorce based on separation period of one year.

you have to apply in inidan court filing the canada court order and the court will send the notice to your wife given address and if she contest then case will run and if she does not contest then court will order the same
