I'm hailing in bangalore. In sept 2012 software consultant called me and promised to arrange a job in software industry and asked me to pay 18,000Rs for registration and security fees, till now he had not done anything. During the registration, he asked me to sign in aggrement (Not a stamp paper). Latter i approached him, he is not responding to my call say that phones are not accepted send me through mail or internal ticket.
Recently i send a mail to him for F2F discussion he given a unrealistic time after two weeks, unfortunately i missed the meeting due to my urgent work and i informed them. latter he replied that we are busy we'll give you an appointment after one month if available. Any thing if i ask he replying answer looks very insulting. What shill i do. (I have transferred money to his account through net banking and have a evidence)
His consultancy is registered under govt of karnataka. Kindly any one guide me in this regard.
