When divorce case is going on, what is procedure to change lawyer and apprx. how many days it will require ?

Immediately U can change the lawyer,but U have to obtain NOC from him,for engaging a new lawyer.

Time frame cannot be put to divorce cases,it depends on the sides.

I dont think NOC is legally mandated. Its a basic courtesy. In one of my cases my lawyer didnt agree to issue NOC. I had cleared all his dues by then. I engaged a new lawyer and informed the court
