I have given work of Section 8 company registration to CA but i had told her to hold this particular work till next instructions and she agreed. I had also deposited the advance amount. After some time client cancelled the work and i told her the same and asked her to refund the advance. First few days she says she don't have money then she says give me some time to arrange money and now she is saying returning money is not our policy (as per terms and conditions. We never saw these terms and conditions since it is not mentioned anywhere). When i checked the advance receipt it is written at the bottom that money will not be refunded. Now i want to ask whether she has any right to keep the money since the work itself is cancelled. Please guide me. Where can i complain about this CA?
