Bullying

Hi,

I have been bullied by one language section of my company who harass,politics , involve family members.

Do unwanted task,verbally un recorded.

Please advice.

you need to bring this out in writing before the HR Department of your company and also bring it to the notice of your boss.

if they fail to take the cognizance then you need to approach the management in writing.

At last you can take legal action against the concerned persons and the Management for such behaviour.
