Apprentice constitutional right

The petitioners had filed this writ petition challenging the job notification no 04/13 of BMTC for post of of junior-assistant com data entry operator where the qualification prescribed for that post is PUC pass in science, arts or commerce with one year diploma/ certificate course in C-Doc, KEONICS, CMC or IGNOU. As the petitioners possesses 1 year National trade certificate in COPA (Computer operator and program assistant) and also had done one year apprenticeship training at the KSRTC in PASAA (programming and system administration assistant) which is the sister concern corporation of respondent though the petitioner have required qualification for the said post but the respondent has not mentioned the said qualification as eligible for the above said post.
