I joined an organisation in june 2012 , worked there for approx. 4months and left the organisation as i got a better opportunity. i was on probation there and there was no bond. After leaving the organisation the continued to send me letter regarding leaving the organisation without any prior notice and need to join the organisation otherwise they will abscond me. now the the letter from the organisation has stopped and recently a letter from an advocate came which says that i need to pay them within 15 days an amount of 20,000 rs other wise they will take legal actions against me so what major can happen if i am not willing to pay the amount .
