498A case, demanding property

My brother's wife has put 498A case and DV case demanding 40 lacs. She is not willing to show the child also. Case is going for last 6 years. My brother has put divorce under 13(b) cruelty. My mum has house . whether she can claim for that property in case of my mother's death.

no she cant claim any share in her mother in laws property after her death
