498a,3/4,34 case quash

Hi All,

wife hasbeen filled 498a,34,3/4 on 9 members of my families and relatives. 4 relatives applied for quash in high court and 3 relatives got quash relief.so still opposite party can try to challenge high court quash decision against 3 members in supreme court. ??

and can i get advantage on trail bcz 3 members got quash.

Yes They can and you fan also take the benefit, but if the allegations are different in FIR then taking benefits become difficult. Kapil chandna, 9899011450

The quashing of the other 3 accused has nothing to do with the pending case. It has to be challenged appropriately on its own merits, ofcourse, this may help evidence that her intention was only to harass and not with any real ground.
