When there is no FIR against you then you cannot challenge it in the High Court.

"first court summons came via registered mail from court but i didn't accept it and it was returned with stamp "UNCLAIMED"

@ Deepak I feel this is public forum and no body should divulge each and every details/plans of his case unnecessary, as it is open for all.Every suggestion seeker should constrain himself to the legal aspect only.

Secondly expert are not here to judge that whether you are right or wrong in your personal life. They just give suggestion in your favour based on your set of facts/story and whether it is true or false is immaterial for them.So I suggest not to elaborate things unnessary. As far your legal problem is concerned it is well advised by every experts,I only add that hire a good Matrimonial Case lawyer and follow his opinion.

Hope other experts will also appriciate and give their views.
