My wife file 498 false case Charge sheet filed by police Please let me know can I receive case diary copy ,Statement of witness & evidence submitted by police in court if yes what are the procedure.right now my case pending in mediation centre.

it is a right of an accused to get the copy of chargesheet filed by the police and also with chargesheet every single document attached with the chargesheet. the copy of chargesheet filed has be given free of cost.
