Witness of a minor

Dear Sirs,

We have complaint to Magistrate for a man and we have only a minor as witness.

Kindly advise, can a minor not be witness in a complaint case?

There is no provision in any law to witness of minor.

who said a minor cannot be a witness, if you have a case where only the minor is the witness, he can very well depose evidence.
