wife has left home 2 yrs back

Sir,

I need a legal advice , About two years back my wife along with our daughter left my house and went to her fathers house in Mumbai,And she has not come back after that ,
After 3 months they changed there house in Mumbai and did not inform me about their new address , They changed there mobile no's also , Now I am not aware about their whereabouts nor I have any contacts about them.

I have written three e-mails to them but they have not replied , Their relatives are also not giving me any information about their address

I want to get divorce from her ,What should i do , I don't know where should I sent her the notice and Summon

Pls advice on such issue

You may sent the notice to the last known address.
Mention the last known address in the Petition of divorce.
Get the publication order from the Court.

Send notice to the last known address and file application for divorce.

You need to prove that the said address is her last known residing address.

Desertion will be a good ground for you.

2 years desertion is a proper ground to you to obtain divorce from your wife. But you have to issue a legal notice to her for last living address. If not received file a publication through a Court and consult a good Advocate in your area.
