Validity of ordinance passed by the president

Dear Sirs,

It is written in the Constitution of India that ordinance shall cease to operate at teh expiration of six weeks from the date of reassembly of Parliament. It is in respect of N.I. Ordinance recently promulgated on June 15. Is it still effective, or disapproved or cancelled?

Do you mean to say the Legislators are idiots and lacks knowledge in Constitution of India and kept a loop hole for dealing with the same by you.

Mr. Roy, no you took it wrong. I am asking a simple question that whether the N.I. Ordinance recently promulgated on June 15, 2015 is still effective or lapsed? However, i now know the answer that it has lapsed. Thanks for your consideration.
