Trap in criminal law and accusing

Hello,
I live in a apartment with my family ,there is backward caste family behind our flat they are 50 people in the house ,these people are discussting we have been harresed by them throughout 25 years.
Now they are putting my name in their family drama harming my name in front soceity recently these people send police to my house they told to police that I am throwing stone to their house,
These people use my name everyday and in every action for all negative things in their life "they are saying they will trap me with law 'whether anyone cause them hurt ,or even they get Ill or even die naturally or accident they will trap me with law.
How could you take gurantee of people life or their action as I have nothing to do with them
What I can do because the local police station is taking side of these backward caste people because of majority they are 50 people and we are 4 .
There's no complaint file by any side because there's no report filed.
I din't want to trap in any case as I am a eaducated well belonged family person..
How could you take gurrantee of people ?

Harassing you since last 25 years? what was you doing till now??File a Conter-complaint to concern police station for what you had said here,if police didnt take any action you can approach higher authority, If They Doesnt stop than you can always file a private complaint directly before the magistrate and state all your content in that,Hire Local advocate for the same.

They are doing so from last 25 years, you have not taken it seriously. Now if you proceed legally due to strength and nuisance value they may trap you in no. of cases. If still can be avoided, try to do so. If on rented premises, try to shift elsewhere for your dignity and mental peace.
If can not avoid, may lodge police complaint. But it may harass you more than them due to your status.

Sir, I live in a owned apartment with my family, even if I change my house' these people could make me a proclaimed criminal by filing false fir on my name'
Even if they had any accident or any negative issues 'this people could take my name..
How could you take someone gurrante..?
The local police station is saying file a complaint we will arrest these people..I am not filing compliant because at the same time police is saying we will arrest you if they file a complaint against you..
Ultimately, this will be my dignity and future loss.
Pls tell me how can I keep me any my family away from these..people...
