Status of girl

Hi,

Is there any way by which a girl can prove that she is not yet married if other person is wrongly alleging her status to be married.

Please guide.

In Suits in the Court - the Girl is married or not married - proof - the person who is alleging that Girl is married required to prove girl marriage - //------Not married proof ! is not required --- unless there is some evidence /record of marriage-to be rebutted .
