IF IT IS A SALE ON TERMS F.O.R. DESTINATION UNDERTAKEN BY THE SELLER,THEN SELLER HIMSELF,OTHERWISE THE BUYER.
Amit Soni (Expert) 24 July 2011
Agreed with Mr. Prabhakar Singh.

If there is an agreement of F.O.R. Delivery than seller shall bear the loss otherwise the sale transaction is completed when goods are removed from buyers place, than in case of any damage it will be bear by Buyer.
