repeation of false statement on oath

my wife is continuously repeating the same statement for giving dowery money and beaten up by in laws.

is it possible that court may convert the false statement presumption of true and punish husband on her continuous repeated false statement on oath?

can you prove her statements are false? Then go ahead by filing a criminal case against her under section 182, 193, 195, 199, 200 and 211 of IPC.

The allegations which she has leveled against you the burden to prove lies on her. if she succeeds in proving the allegation, you will have opportunity to rebut and prove them to be false. You can take any action only after, the allegations either not proved or proved to be false.

Yes the court may punish the husband on the basis of the false statements if the husband fails to prove that those were false statements.
