if any person heaving an insurance agency, and passed his examination of ll b special, than he is entitle to get sanad with permission to work as an insurance agent part time or not? as per p.e.

No he is not permitted to hold sanad while doing a part time or full time job.

You have to forego your insurance agency business, if you wish to practice as an advocate after enrollment

yes, what ever the above experts stated are correct and its better to practice as an advocate and as insurance agent
