Frds, is Registration papers of property sufficient Title to property?
Now a days Govt is conducting survey as to land is Leased Or Encroached Or Encumbered....I have got CC &EC..Further do i get any more documents.... To prove my property... Pls help.Thx in advance.

No, if land take 7/12 extract on ur name. If flat submit transfer forms n take share cer on ur name

Respected Sir, i have only, Certified Copy and EC Only, that too on my grand father's name.....Are this two sufficient to establish ownership of mine??

Last 30 years title transfer chain documents would clear the position. Get the mutation entered in your name.
