Who is the appropriate authority under PG Act, in relation to an estt which have branches in different states? The respective state govts. or Central Govt?

Appropriate Authority for lodging a complaint will be the ALC & CA of the state where the cause of action took place.Suppose prior to your retirement,you were posted at your Delhi office, then ALC & CA, Delhi will be the Appropriate Authority to heart your complaint.

Appropriate Authority for lodging a complaint will be the ALC & CA under the Payment of Gratuity Act,posted at the state where the cause of action took place.Suppose prior to your retirement,you were posted at your Delhi office, then ALC & CA, Delhi will be the Appropriate Authority to hear your complaint.
