My marriage is held on 12-11-2010., due to mis match of ideas., we don't want to continue our marriage relations. Now both are 36+ years old. we don't want to waste another 12 months or 18 months time to take divorce. She stayed with me for only 5 Days. She was not interested in marriage relation. she is 3rd one in her family . 1st sister married a intercaste person & 2nd sister not married due to love problem. So, she is 3rd one and not having brothers also. she is not interested in marriage relation. so, she is ready to sign on papers for divoce. please advise me for faster completion of tasks.

Assuming U R Hindus, file an application for mutual divorce u/s 13B of The Hindu Marriage Act. This is the fastest & the most effective method.

Yes that could be done but for that you have to wait for at least 18 months from the date fo marriage.
You could file a suit for mutual divorce only after expiry of 12 months from the date of marriage. After filing the same you have to wait again for another six months for final hearing.
