Mutation property

I have a property which is in the name of my grandfather who is already deceased and even my father is deceased in 2003. I do not have any death certificate or any details for my grandfather. As per corporation records there are some dues which I want to clear on the property and do mutation on my name is it possible.I do not stay in this property and there are tenants who are occupying this for many years.

Yes you can get enter the mutation in your name by giving the death certificate of both your father and grand father to the patwari along with an application.

yes.Tenant can not legally contest.

You can seek mutation in your name in municipal records proving death of your grand father and father as well as proving yourself to be grand son.

When tenants are occupying the property then after mutation you should serve them with notice claiming rent due and of eviction through a lawyer.

If they do not pay then get succession certificate from civil court for amount due and then file a suit of recovery and eviction.

Thank you all for your reply but I have already mentioned I DO NOT Have any death certificate or any documents regarding my grandfather. So kindly suggest how I can get mutation done on my name.
