Minor becomes major

MACT awarded a compensation to hindu minor on death of her father. amount kept in FD as she was minor that time as her mother become her natural guardian.
Now the minor become major and wants to withdraw FD amount:

A) Which Act and Sections applicable ?
B) Where to make application and whats the procedure ?

file a major declaration petition under C.P.C.and amend the decree . then file permission petition to withdraw the amount by suitable reason. after that file cheque petition.

Generally, the condition is given in the court order.
If not then get the information from the bank.generally you have to fill up the from and giving your age proof then bank will transfer that amount in your account.(by opening a new account)MACT rewarded compensation to minor so after you became major you only fill the form prescribed by the bank and giving age proof.

the said application to be move in the court of Dist. Judge with the development of the fact that he become major and want to withdrawn the said amount.
