Seems to be a vague query!
Have you applied to the concerned bank and got refusal? Also what type of merit certificate?

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 18 May 2018
High school and Degree merit with all kinds of govt id like PAN birth certificate and others except Aadhar card duplicate.
I have no document, in short no social status. not even to purchase a sim.

You have not replied my frist question about application with the bank.
On the other hand, when you say, EXCEPT Aadhaar Card, which is supposed to be with you, how you can say that you cannot purchase A SIM.

as an answer to your first question I m not at same city my bank branch is I m under ground in another city, as I have only a duplicate of my Aadhar card with a childhood pic I couldn't authenticate myself at bank not even sim seller processes my request for new sim on duplicate Aadhar card with childhood un clear pic. and the important thing is I dont want them to call my family to verify my identity as the no printed on my Aadhar card is of my dad I m hiding from. I hope now you understand my situation. I m hiding from some people who attempted to kill me. and also how sensitive this case is. so please advice me an effective legal advice that had minimal chances of risking my life

At present what is your age, in which state you resided on the date of issue and what is the date of issue of your Aadhar Card, as per the duplicate?

next month I will be 21
Guest (Expert) 18 May 2018
In which state is your residence and on which date the card was issued?
Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 18 May 2018
I resided at Karnataka when my Aadhar card was issued and duplicate has no such info of issue date on it so cant tell.

OK, in which month and year you got registered for aadhar?
Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 18 May 2018
I didnt remember I was too young most probably soon after the enrolment started for rural India. and its not only about Aadhaar card. All my other documents are also there with them. And thing I am more concerned about is my merit certificate. An even after I got a way to get my documents there is always a fear being attacked one more time by them as being already victim of domestic violence and harassment and after going through a failed attempt of honor killing this is also a matter of concern and fear for me.

Can you remember, what was your approximate age when you registered for Aadhar?
Ms.Usha Kapoor (Expert) 19 May 2018
You give a police complaint against your relative for stealing your merit certificates and Adhaar card etc and police will thoroughly search their house or extract the information from them as to where they have hid you documents including merit certificates.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 21 May 2018
If the efforts to retrieve the documents through elders and well wishers' intervention is not successful, you may first issue a legal notice to the person who is holding your document or other properties belonging to you.
If ther is no reaction or compliance you may approach police with a complaint against this illegal activity by that person.
Ms.Usha Kapoor (Expert) 17 June 2018

I stick to my own view andalso Kalai Selvan's.
