Maintenance in the case of two wife?

what about the maintenance if the person has a two wife as per the muslim law. and if he want to give divorce one of them, then can he give divorce and whether divorce wife has a right for maintenance from his husband.

According to section 125 crpc religion is not matter.IInd wife is entitled for maintenance from his husband in my legal opinion.

2nd woman is also entitled to get maintenance.

Both wives have got right to maintenance and if he leaves either of them then she can avail her right as per 125 Criminal Procedure code
