property of maternal grandfather who was living with his wife and only daughter, daughter's husband and daughter's children at the time of his death in 2002. whether the daughter's sons and daughter hold any right in the above mentioned property?

if she is the only child to them ,then whole property vested in daughter.

IN YEAR 2002 HE PASSED LEAVING BEHIND HIM HIS WIDOW, ONLY DAUGHTER,DAUGHTERS' HUSBAND AND DAUGHTERS'CHILDREN,AS TOLD BY YOU.

FROM AMONG THESE WIDOW AND DAUGHTER ALONE HAVE RIGHT TO INHERITANCE AND THE OTHERS.
