AMIT BAJAJ ADVOCATE (Expert) 22 May 2010
Get your address changed in the pan base data of Income Tax Department by filing form 49-A.
Also inform your earlier jurisdictional assessing officer at Delhi
Vineet (Expert) 23 May 2010
Agree with Mr Bajaj. Your jurisdiction continues to be old one until you inform the old ITO and gets the records transferred to new ITO in Mumbai. You will have to get your address in PAN database changed so that you receive your refunds and notices at the current address.

I do agree with vineet
