FOR the financial year 2016-17 you need not maintain books if your gross receipts not exceeding 50 lacks and estimated @8% net income and disclosed the return for the financial year 2015-16 you have to maintain vochers and receipts with searial numbers and maintain accounts U/s 44AA

Mr rajendra it is not academic query Plz read it carefully it applies to expert for their financial transaction and its compliance as per IT rules and regulation.
