False fir

Sir actually fir complaint u/s 504 506 has been made on innocent people and chargesheet is also made on them but true fact is those people were not at all present in the place where opposite party has mentioned in d case inspite of producing documents they have made chargesheet on being asked they say its politics wht should innocent family do now

They need to check if FIR issued, if not, they have to file a complain with concerned SHO requesting them to remove their names from fir mentioning that they are not involved in the act providing the documentary evidence, if FIR is issued, then they have to defend the case in the Court of Law.

If FIR has bn registered you better face trial.File application for placing documents on File ib proof of alibi & an application fir 'dropping proceedings 'against those persons.

Once a FIR has been registered, the case has to be challenged either through trial proceedings or by filing a quash petition before high court.

Yes sir we have filed a case in high court to quash the for in addition to it they have filed one more false fir abusing sc's our advocate says its highly sensitive hv to take bail before we appear in front of station but on being enquired case is not yet registered either in court or in station but cops being calling more often to visit station we are tensed please help us
