Enrollment clarification

My name is balaji, I did my LLB 3year course in KSLU in 2009-2012 batch, my age was 34 years at the time of admission, now I submit my application in state bar council of tamilnadu for enrollment, my application is hold after all verification for the reason of age limit but my frient in 2008 batch his age is 44 years but his application is accepted and He enrolled, kindly clarify this,
