At what different stages accused can be discharged by the court after charge sheet and before commencement of trial.

Judge/magistrate shall discharged the accused when after consider the police report & documents send with Pol. Report and heard prosecution and accused on it, Mag. found that charg is ground less.
provisions-227(by session),239,245 under Cr.P.C.

On application made by accused, the Judge can at any stage of the Case can acquit the accused

One can submit application for ABC (Argument before charge) and during such argument, he can prima facie establish his innocence and the court would discharge him.
